STAFF BODY:The staff body of specialists of EF “Teploelectroproekt”- is highly skilled collective body of design engineers who have the experience of many years in comprehensive engineering of home and foreign power projects, combined with joint design and research ideals and plans. The total number is about 150 persons. Leading specialists of the former state research and design institute “Teploelectroprojekt” are employed in our staff body. As per their projects such thermal power stations as listed below have been constructed and are running at the present time: 300 MW generating units (Azerbaidjan TPP); 200 MW generating units (Moldavskaya TPP, TPP-3 in the town of Shevchenko in Kazakhstan, Burshtyn and Dobrotvor TPS in Ukraine, “Vindhyachal” and “Kachalgaon” TPPs in India, “Havana” TPS in Cuba); combined cycle steam installations of PGU-250 type at Moldavskaya TPP; thermal power station with 160 MW generating units (Beryozovskaya TPP in the Republic of Belarus); thermoelectric plants with combined generation of heat and electrical energy (TPP VAZ, TPP KAMAZ, Nizhnyekamsaya TPP-1 and TPP-2, Izhewskaya TPP, Novokujbyshevskaya TPP and others in the Russian Federation, as well as certain buildings and facilities of nuclear power projects (special plant buildings, waste radioactive fuel storages and others with reactors of WWER-1000 type (NPP “Kozloduj” in Bulgaria, “Temelin” in Checkia, “Novovoronjezh” and “Zaporozhje” NPPs). We pay much attention to the training of the new generation of design engineers by sharing the experience acquired in the execution of design works for many years by highly skilled specialists to the young specialists-graduates of schools of higher education. EF “Teploelectroproekt” possess a modern management system and a flexible structure which enables to resolve successfully both simple problems of engineering of low power capacity projects and complicated problems of comprehensive engineering of high capacity thermal power stations. |

The management of the structural subdivisions is carried out by the technical director of the firm.. The main design subdivisions include Comprehensive design bureaus CDB-1, CDB-2, CDB-3 and Chief project engineers' bureau. The organization structure of the firm comprises Computer-aided design department, Code inspector department, Quality management department, Technical and scientific information department. Lately were organized Contract department, Managing department and Training 3D design department. |

The Comprehensive design bureau CDB-3 is the most structured by function design bureau. Its six groups cooperate in organic and successful way: two groups of civil construction engineers, a group of architects, a group of general layout and transport, a hydrotechnical engineering group, a group of heating and ventilation systems. |

The Chief project engineers' bureau (CPEB) is the main guiding and coordinating link in the designing process of energy projects. CPE-s also resolve successfully the tasks of design work search, deal with customers, expert bodies, building and civil construction companies and other organizations.. |
